BNP Paribas
Studio Design + Architecture’s team was engaged by European banking and financial services firm BNP Paribas to provide design, documentation, contract administration, project management and cost services for the fitout of its tenancy at PWC House in Wellington.
The design team responded to the client’s brief to update the workplace and replan BNP Paribas into a new floor with views and light emphasising transparency and visibility across the floor. The entry area is designed to cater for functions and staff breakout spaces as well as meetings, both formal and informal.

Varied settings facilitate interaction with visitors
The fitout features predominantly open-plan workspaces and varied meeting settings to facilitate more informal interaction with visitors and encourage staff to use the area. A higher density and more efficient use of existing floor space are among the key benefits of the completed fitout design. The new workplace also provides BNP with a contemporary, current desking system, a more dynamic internal synergy through better communication, and revised storage systems.
