The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade required the design team to create a visual statement about New Zealand in an international public space. Interpretations of Maori artist Darren George’s work were included in the materials within the space. A long linear plan providing access to meeting rooms around the light perimeter of the building corridor used design mediums to break up and create interest in the corridor feature.
