Studio Design + Architecture has designed several Official Government residences for New Zealand. These need to reflect the national identity while also fulfilling specific diplomatic functions. The new Ottawa Residence in Canada, for example, is both a working space and home for the High Commissioner.

Reflect national identity

The layout incorporates space for diplomatic meetings, functions, and important events such as hosting visiting Heads of State. Following the design and build stages, New Zealand materials and procurement items were carefully selected by the Studio Design + Architecture team.
