Sunny Heights is part of a very large 500 property land redevelopment in Orewa and Studio Design + Architecture were asked to design 3 terraced townhouses and 4 apartments on one of the super lots.
There are strict guidelines for design in the area and there was an original design as part of the masterplan that we adjusted to suit our developer’s requirements.

As for the interior, we designed all finishes, interior fittings and joinery.
