Waimea Lane was a 720sqm Cook Sargisson designed home that needed to be updated. We redesigned the kitchen to be contemporary and elegant and well appointed. We redesigned the master bathroom and renovated the other bathrooms.

We replaced all lighting with LED lights, adding a grouping of lights that became a chandelier feature over the double height entry. We added new pendant lights over the kitchen island bench and new dining area, master bedroom and bathroom pendants. All carpets were replaced with a beautiful velvet short pile light coloured carpet. The limestone floors were stripped of their old sealer and resealed with a UV resistant sealer and came up like new beautiful honed limestone floors. We replaced all drapes and blinds to bedrooms and softened the entry with large double height sheer linen style curtains. The existing aluminium inserts were all recoloured in a dark bronze finish which made them less obvious and totally changed the living areas. Basically, it looks like a new house.
